Our best stay during our 2 weeks holidays in Norway. The house was very comfortable. Had all room on ground floor. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was more than complete. The host is very welcoming. The view from the living room was fantastic. Big garden for kids to play. They also had a small house for chickens. They also let my kids visit the chicken house and they loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is calm and scenic, offering the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to local stores and amenities, it provides the best of both worlds—serenity without isolation. The property itself is spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. It is thoughtfully designed with attention to comfort and functionality, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms are large and airy, with plenty of natural light, and all the facilities provided were in excellent condition. From a fully equipped kitchen to cozy common areas and comfortable bedrooms, everything was just as described and more. One of the standout features is the availability of an electric car charger, which was a major convenience for us as EV users. It made our travel plans much easier and stress-free, and it’s a great addition for any future guests who rely on electric vehicles. Communication with the owner was smooth and efficient from the start. They were easy to contact, responsive, and very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was reassuring to know that assistance was readily available if required, though everything ran so smoothly that we hardly needed it. Overall, this property is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. The apartment is new with panoramic view to the lake infront and the mountains. the owners are very kind and friendly , as many people said they provide the apartment with equipments that is not even available in five-star hotels, sure i will come back I gust hope to reduce the price. We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to...

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Geiranger. We booked a room with two queen beds for three people, but it was nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The room was dark, outdated, and extremely small. There wasn’t even enough space to open the luggage for three people. We paid almost $350 for one night, but it wasn’t even up to the standard of a one-star hotel. On the day of arrival, we received an email instructing us to pick up the key from a pizza shop next to the hotel instead of the reception, and we never saw anyone at the reception during our stay. The next day, we called the hotel several times to check out, but no one answered, and we never received a call back. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

A beautiful place...come for a relaxed holiday..hike..drive kayak..or just enjoy the mountain view the breads baked in the local café are awesome. You would need a car of your own to drive around ) 1

We were looking for something between Flam and Geiranger and...

We were looking for something between Flam and Geiranger and Stryn seemed like a good option, sounded like it had more going on that other towns but that was not the case. Hotel we stayed at was nice, quaint but dated, would recommend staying in Loen or Olden - seem to have more going on, newer more modern hotels and closer to sights. I would definitely choose either of those 2 towns over styrn.

I would highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Stryn. Landlord Anders was very kind and good person. He assisted well through out our stay. View was awesome, food was real tasty. Balcony was perfect with a view of mountains. Dont miss the pizza in Nepolina Pizzeria. Visit in Summer, it will be a paradise.

The town was very welcoming, in every shop and restaurant we visited the people welcomed us with smiles. The best part was driving around the lakes and fjords that are adjacent to the city. We decided to take a half day and drove around Lake Lovatnet, so glad we did. The lake and shores were so beautiful, just breathtaking. It rained in the afternoon so we went to the Viking museum. It was a small museum with the main exhibit being a complete replica of a Viking ship, constructed as they were so long ago. A little high priced but nice. And a neat shop. We planned an extra day in our stop on a whim but are so glad we did.

Very nice, stylish, family driven type of hotel. We stayed in family room in BARN part. Comfortable beds, bathroom with modern shower. Breakfast very good with wide selection of home made products. Recommend to stay.

Everything was perfect! Location, the entire house, the amenities! You name anything and they had it! Fully functional kitchen, 3 bedrooms, lounge, patio! It is only 8-9mins drive from Stryn center.
