Phillipshaugen is one of those magic places you should not miss out. We stayed in the spacious cottage, which provided ample space to dry out wet motorcycle gear. A fully equipped kitchen and other amenities made this stay worth noting. The scenery at Philipshaugen is magic and anyone staying there should take time to just 'watch the paint dry' outside... The best place I’ve ever visited! Very cute owner, she showed us view points, roads for hiking and we had really lovely conversation. The house is very cozy and everything you need and even more is here. Incredible views from the house. And the most fluffy bed I’ve ever seen, I had really good sleep. I really enjoyed it and strongly recommend!!!

Was doing a bike race and got delayed on the road. Check in stayed open until midnight, which was really 👍 👌. I was allowed to drag my bike caked in mud into the hotel reception and to be stored in a room on the ground floor. Well done. Not many other hotels would allow this.
