Upon entering, the house was lit up, and the owners had written a lovely welcome letter for us. It felt like coming home to this typical Norwegian house. You couldn't imagine anything that wasn't there. From a phone charger to perfumes for both the husband and wife. Everything you need is there. The refrigerator was fully stocked. The owners, Christian and Synnøve, are fantastic people and will help you with any questions you have. It's so relaxing there, the days flew by. It was a shame we had to go back home.

Everything. Our stay here was great, thanks to the kindness of the staff and the beauty of the hotel. Our flight was cancelled, and I contacted the hotel to let them know and they were very flexible and modified my booking. They also responded really fast and were very kind. The breakfast is included in the reservation and it is very delicious and there are a lot of choices.

Nice hotel in a beautiful city of Alesund. Perfect location. Everything is within walking distance - bus terminal, harbour, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Nearby the hotel, there is a supermarket (Bunnpris), can buy fruits and breads. Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Spacious room, clean and comfortable beds. Amazing daily buffet breakfast and plentiful. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Fast service. Had a comfortable stay.

Everything was just perfect, Very friendly staff, a very well designed hotel lobby and breakfast area with beautiful art prints. A bonus was the free coffee/tea bar all day long. Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet is even catering towards guests with gluten and lactose allergies.

Excellent Breakfast. Location is damm good, touching the sea. Walking distance. Very friendly staff. Must play the game in reception area. Very good seating area in the lobby. Parking is freee after 5pm in nearby roads (just 1min away). Old town (German style) is just talking distance. You can actually see Alesund in 1hr by walking. Must visit Aksla View Point (can go by car in 10mins drive) or can walk up (entrance is just 100ft away from Hotel).

Alesund is a stunning town and Hotel Brosundet is right in the heart of it. The building exterior is gorgeous and matched by the lobby and rooms. Be sure to make a reservation at the restaurant in advance! We ate in the cafe and still had a lovely dinner, then stopped by the on-site bar for delicious cocktails. Overall it was an excellent location, clean and modern rooms, and all the amenities needed.

The position is great if you want to stay close to the...

The position is great if you want to stay close to the airport and walk around. You can catch a bus to/from the airport and to/from main town, you can also walk up to the hill, to the ferry and on the bridge. In the right season, you can also hire a bike. The room has everything that you might need, considering that you are planning to pass your day out. The supermarket and the restaurant are very handy as well.

In general it was a good stay.

In general it was a good stay. Easy to find the place and get keys. The natural view around the residence was very beautiful. The pictures on the booking page about access to the beach are not the same on site. There was no access to the beach. Need litle bit more concentration on higienic standards. Thank You It was naice place for family.

Beware of the fine print when booking your room for the low...

Beware of the fine print when booking your room for the low discount price at Alesund Airport Hotel. Instead of a room in the actual hotel building, our room was in a little structure across the parking lot called the Mini Hotel. Our room was tiny and cramped with no place to put our luggage except the beds or the floor. I was unable to upgrade to a regular room so not happy with the checkin staff. One last thing, the Hotel is actually 10 minutes or several Kilometers from the airport.

Hotel outside the city.

Hotel outside the city. The bus to the center is convenient (though a bit pricey at €6.50 for a one-way ticket to the bus station). Free outdoor parking is convenient. The mini-motel rooms are a bit small, with small single beds, although they are clean.

We are very happy with our stay and with the apartment!

We are very happy with our stay and with the apartment! The location was perfect because it was close to the sea and great hiking areas, close to the bus to both the airport and to Ålesund, close to the grocery store 😁 The view of the sea and the islands outside will leave you speechless and just have to be experienced🤩 We were able to use the charcoal grill that was in the garden. We did not experience any noise from the other guests.

The staff Liene is excellence and very helpful. She booked the bus ticket from hotel to airport for me. She was double checking with her friend that the bus would come to pick me up at 5am. I had enough time for security checking for my flight @6:20am. The airport bus FB65 stops at the front of the hotel.

Clean Hotel in good location on Valderoya Island. Perfect breakfast with wide choice of dishes. Nice staff (eg. polish waitress Angelika). Every day room was cleaned with towels change. In this same building is supermarket Kiwi opened from 7am to 23pm

Located 10 mins away from the airport and 20 mins away from the city center by bus (the bus stop is just in front of the hotel). Rooms are clean and, in the same building, it has a small restaurant and a supermarket.
