A large historic property that has been well converted with all modern facilities. It stands in its own grounds approached via a long gravel driveway. The couple that own it were perfect hosts - there to help but not intrusive. They did offer to show us their farm an offer we were keen to accept and thoroughly enjoyed. They supplied a very large basket of breakfast/lunch type foods of exceptional quality. As we were only staying two days we were unable to use it all. It included fresh milk, muesli cereal, bread, home made cookies, butter, fresh orange juice, custom chocolate bar, crisps etc.

This place is so special!!! Wonderful garden full of flowers! So special house which brings you back in time. You can go through the house for hours and you still find some new detail, which you have not noticed before. Our host Julie was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Excellent furnishings with modern country decor...much nicer than the pictures depicted on booking platform. Has literally everything we need ! ...even washing machine. Host was also v.friendly, welcoming, hospitable & generous. V.Highly recommended, and certainly good value for $$. Would have stayed longer had we known. Rating 12/10 !!

I have stayed here in the past . I have learned as to how the effort and care put into the restoration of this little piece of history has given a new lease of life both to the Vickerage and added another reason to come and stay a while in Geraldine. A truly epic experience. I am humbled.

Extremely helpful & friendly on check in. Lovely large room, very clean inside and out. Great garden area with clean small swimming pool - ideal. Well kept grounds. Short few steps to Geraldine centre. Well worth a visit.
