We had a beautiful welcome by the lady at the reception. The rooms, view and all the amenities were perfect. We arrived on the Christmas day so most of the town & the hotel restaurant was closed and we were well informed of this by the property. The property is walking distance from the Town centre. It also overlooks a vineyard. There are good walking & bicycle trails around the property plus few fruit orchards along with vineyards. The lady at the reception is very helpful and had all the information regarding the cafes that would be open for breakfast given it was a boxing day holiday.

The room was very clean and everything was brand new. The bathroom was especially nice and the bed was super comfortable. We loved everything to the point that we decided to extend our stay. As a plus if you are a dog lover be sure to pet whiskey on your check in (and check out) ;)

Everything was great. The host was congenial and helpful. It was obvious that she takes pride in her units. Facilities and supplies went above and beyond what one normally gets. The unit is nicer than shown in the pictures. The view from the patio window was excellent (orchards, river valley, mountains). One could sit outside and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Parking was good. Location was outside Cromwell, close walking trails and fruit stands. However, it was still quick and easy to get to the town center. If we were to stay again in Cromwell, we'd choose this accommodation again.

Set in the most beautiful setting to stay has been the highlight of all our stays in New Zealand. Our hosts were warming, and nothing was a bother, although we needed nothing as the accommodation was spotless and was so well set up. Would love to go back and stay for a bigger time. Thank you, guys.

We stayed in Cromwell to do the stunning bicycle trail from Cromwell to Clyde about 40+ km. We rented e-bikes at ShebikeHebike and they dropped it off in Cromwell. The trail is alongside the Dunstan lake and a water ferry back to Cromwell is worth it. It's a beautifull town with lots of fresh fruit stalls along the road. The Highlands motorsport park is also a must do. Go-carts,Mini Golf,and maybe a fast lap in a Lamborgini before lunch at the resturant. The grounds are very neat and well maintained. Don't just go to Queenstown without a visit to Cromwell and Clyde...

In Cromwell for a four day sporting event.

In Cromwell for a four day sporting event. Loved the place and only downer was an out of season cold and windy long weekend, but that was out of anyones control. Loved the resturants, Nicols Cafe and Highlands Motorsport Park away from my sporting destination.

So much to see and do there.

So much to see and do there. Especially if the weather is good which it wasn't for this trip. I'll be back. I would love to go one some of the bike rides and walks. Also try the four wheel driving, that looks like a,lot of fun. The history is very interesting, enjoyed visiting old Cromwell.

We stayed in Cromwell which was a short drive to Clyde where...

We stayed in Cromwell which was a short drive to Clyde where we did the Dunstan Trail. It was perfect accommodation for our needs as it was only a short drive to pick up our bikes and start the trail. We visited in October when all of the trees were in blossom so you can imagine how beautiful surroundings were especially with snow still in the background.

Cromwell is unique and has an authentic era about it...close...

Cromwell is unique and has an authentic era about it...close to Queenstown which we took that on and drive to Coronet Peak for a bit of snow...Awesome...Unique Fruit Park for family day out... Raijeli Vulaono MaiTV(Fiji) Ltd

This newly renovated house was perfect for our weekend in Cromwell. The kitchen was fully stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, utensils ect. Much more so than most AIRBNB accommodations. This place has everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing,. Stunning location, viw was lovely. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The units were very clean, well presented, really comfortable, quiet and in a great location. The Owners were a lovely, really helpful couple. Would definitely recommend these motels and would stay again if heading to Cromwell.

Wow. Totally happy with Cromwell Motel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with large comfortable beds. Looking forward to staying there again.
