Supahn Thai Restaurant in Dargavill is very nice.
There is countdown and warehouse in Dargavill and we can prepare the enjoy at the lake or hiking at Kauri park.

Dargaville is a great town.
Dargaville is a great town. Shopping centre is reasonably comprehensive. You need to research things to do. In summer Kai Iwi lakes is a great place to visit, swim, launch your boat ( if you have one) stay in the camping ground or just pitch your own tent. There are plenty of cafes and eating establishments. Research the area and things to do in the area before you go.

Fantastic property - if you have to stay overnight in Dargaville, this is the property to stay. New - super clean - amazing host. Do not book in motels / hotel - this is it, central to everything and includes parking.
Working heat pump, great water pressure, quiet. I cannot fault it at all.

My family and I travel up here all the time and stay at the Hobson's Choice Motel. Staff are always very friendly, and accomodating. The rooms have everything you need. The best accomodation in Dargaville.

Dargaville Motel is fairly simple but we really enjoyed our stay. Great views from the second level and very helpful host. Unit was spacious and airy.4
