The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, even a shuttle to the train station at the end of our stay! The room was lovely with a great view. We had a wonderful time in Moana!

My stay in the Moa cabin was outstanding—cozy, warm in winter, and inviting. Location wise, you can easily drive across all the hotspots along Arthur's Pass. The reception was welcoming, providing clear directions. Clean shared kitchen and bathrooms made for a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

What an absolute little gem of a place this is. We loved our stay! Of the beaten track, yet pretty close to Greymouth. The food was out of this world! The menu coversall bases and fantastic value for money. We ended up getting three courses each and ended up absolutely stuffed! The hotel is charming, with a lot of character and an amazing back story and history. The staff is so friendly and helpful! They even provided hot water bottles to take to bed on a cold winter's night! We will definitely be back!!
