We took an upgrade of room when we arrived as one had become available since we had booked. Idyllic location, superb room, well equipped guest kitchen and a plentiful breakfast with great views. John, the host, is so helpful and friendly - and we even got to feed the alpacas and sheep! One of those places we wished we could have stayed for longer.

Traveled south to support our basketball tem who played in Dunedin. Mosgiel was close enough for a short trip into town, yet far enough out to avoid any hussel & bussel of city life. Close to the airport for our departure. Lovely little town with all the services you could need. I'll be back to stay again.

We were only there as a stopover to Dunedin Hospital but as a base for future trips to the district we would certainly use it as an option for the future. As a motel it was impressive and we would recommend it to future "users".

Mosgiel is a pretty town that has a lot of lovely shops, we were happy to stay in a quiet location with beautiful scenery. Would recommend dining at The Black Sheep. Best restaurant we have been to in a very long time.

Nellys restaurant great meals value for money. The towns small enough to meander through and if your looking for something specific just ask one of the lovely shop staff/owners. Everyone was most welcoming and friendly, even when i misread the drink and called it marmalade lemonade the waitress had a laugh and even asked if i liked their marmalade lemonade, it Said Homemade.

Lovely old Town with some fabulous old houses, I'm always happy to see a town retain some of its original character. The traffic a breeze, not a rage road in sight. The townsfolk friendly and relaxed. Good cafesin town as well.

Very spacious unit with two separate bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and a separate kitchen. Two three seater couches and a table and chairs meant there was space for everyone to sit and relax. Full kitchen, although we didn't need to use it. Great location in Mosgiel with the supermarket across the road. Clean and felt very homely. Cookies and hot chocolate as well as tea, coffee, etc. The heat pump was turned on for our arrival, and the unit was very warm. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location close to the venue for a wedding we were attending. Lovely countryside views and only a short drive into Mosgiel. The room is very comfortable and roomy, and warm despite the chilly weather!

It was very clean. It was right in the centre of Mosgiel which I needed. The room was easily accessible with a toddler and enough room for us all. Quite sound proof too, I never heard the storm outside
