We loved it here! It was like home away from home. It was great to have some staple foods provided, like milk and margarine which are hard to travel with otherwise. It was spacious and clean. Nice to be so close to the lake and local shops - a great location on a quiet street.

Beautiful brand new motel. The location is convenient for shopping and fast food. Easy walk to Skyline Gondola and Golf with the Bunnies. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the spa and swimming pool.

A corner of Heaven. The hosts, Mabel & Danny are very welcoming and pay attention to every aspect in order to create a holistic and authentic experience for their guests. The beautiful victorian house is artfully decorated on the interior interior and feels very cozy. The garden is skillfully taken care by the couple, striving for perfection. A must for your stay in Rotorua!

incredible! the owner and his wife worked at the top hotels in the world and it show. their attention to detail is amazing. if you stay here you could not possibly want for anything. breakfast is the best you will have at any b&b and the owners obviously love sharing their garden and surroundings with guests

The house is very comfortable and beautiful. Facing the Ngongotaha lake is a plus point! With the cold weather, the heater helps a lot. Love it!
