Loved that the staff were quick thinking enough to leave our room keys in an envelope outside the office to allow us to check in late. This was really kind of them and I highly recommend Ahuriri solely based on this experience. The room itself was clean and perfect for one night's stay.

Loved this place! Friendly, helpful staff and spacious, clean rooms with convenient restaurant for dinner down the hall. Situated in a peaceful rural town. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at Home Away from Home - Waitaki Lakes Apartment A5 free of charge. Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment.

The unit contained everything from Nespresso machine and cooking basics to extra heaters. Everything you would need kitchen wise was there. The key pad was easy to use. The unit had plenty of space.

The property was nice. It had board games which was fun. Key collection was a bit tricky because the lock box didn't open in the first few tries. But overall, it was a good stay, very near to a golf course.

Very clean, friendly staff. Very conveniently situated by the pub. Did not expect that at all. Husband loved this and has been sharing your location to everyone he meets. We will definately be booking again.
