This was a very good accommodation in a very quiet location. It provided very comfortable space, with a well equipped kitchen, seating, and bedroom area. We also had wifi and off-street parking. A washing machine was also installed in the kitchen.

Shared kitchen was spacious & well equipped with cooking utensils and cooking oils as well as Asian spices. The owner really cares for each detail in the kitchen and we are really surprised by his complete tidiness and cleanliness of the kitchen areas. The best shared kitchen in New Zealand I have used during our trip! Share bathroom also clean and tidy. The living room with wooden construction is quite really nice. The lodge is located in a peaceful and quite street filled with autumn vibes, really beautiful lodge in Wanaka. It is very close to the downtown and easy to walk. Highly recommended! We wish we could stay here much longer! Next time, I would definitely stay here when having a chance to come back to Wanaka. Thank you so much!

Wanaka has so much to offer as a destination in New Zealand. Lots of hikes, beautiful countryside and activities. We had 5 nights but could easily have stayed longer, it was sad to leave. The Roy's Peak climb is epic if you have the stamina and Puzzling World is well worth the visit.

Awesome little town with so much to do.

Awesome little town with so much to do. The town itself is small but it has a coupple of nice restaurants and shops. But the surroundings are what makes Wanaka special. A lot of hikes, mountainbiking and other outdoor avtivities. Don't forget to check the cinema Paradiso. One of the cutest cinemas you'll ever visit. You can order cookies before the film and they bake them fresh so you have warm cookies during the break ;-)

So beautiful and peaceful.

So beautiful and peaceful. Relaxed little town with plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops to choose from lovely walks on the Lakeshore. so clean and well maintained, we had four nights here and it was not enough, we were very sad to leave.

Wanaka is gorgeous, peaceful, so quiet...and yet so many...

Wanaka is gorgeous, peaceful, so quiet...and yet so many things to do. So many hikes. Water sports. Amazing restaurants, with plenty of choices for vegetarians (and even vegans). Easy to get around. Easy to park. Community events. So far, our favorite place in New Zealand.

Beautiful lake and mountain views. It’s an LONG winding mountain road from Queenstown…you wouldn’t want to be commuting back and forth from there (like I thought we were going to do!) Ate dinner at a fabulous Indian and Nepalese restaurant just back from the main road (top ranking restaurant on Trip Advisor). The tree in the lake was a bit of a funny “tourist attraction!”

Wanaka is such a beautiful town ,personally it's my favourite town in the south Island and second favourite town in New Zealand! The lake and view of the mountains from the lake are just beautiful. Lots to do around Wanaka too. I would highly recommend Wanaka to anyone wanting to visit.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience with my friend. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Each room had its own private bathroom, which was very convenient. The kitchen facilities were also well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and Wanaka Lake.

The willows in wanaka is modern, just Excellent nothing less then good city hotel !!! Clean, tidy, self check in at 15:00, very good air condition. the Car close to the room, tv, Very good location close to lake. A modern apartment with lovely area for cooking and dining. Nice view from outside. Handy being next to supermarket and hotel for food. Being able to get a second night at short notice was great. It was a short drive into Wanaka and it’s attractions.
