Lovely and peaceful staycation. Enjoyed the fresh eggs from the hens and a beautiful jacuzzi to a lovely view of the lake. House was wall maintained and clean! A bit chilly due to the lake but after starting the fire place and using the heater, house was warm and cozy to enjoy. Enjoyed the sunrise and saw the southern lights for a beautiful ending! This was such a lovely find and I would highly recommend it. It is definitely a highlight of our trip so far. Sara and Peter were so lovely and welcoming and we had such a wonderful time sitting around eating ice-cream after dinner and playing games. We got the opportunity to milk cows and feed the animals. Peter also took us on a walk up Tokatoka and gave us lots of information about the area.
