Everything..staying on a farm and surrounded by greenery and animals it was just magical. Too bad for us it was just after full moon so we didn't get to see many stars but we did see some when we went out at midnight. Close to The Anau town centre (5 mins drive) so you can stock up on groceries or go to the many restaurants. The property is on the road to Milford so you exit to the right n just drive all the way to Milford Sounds. Our host was very friendly n made us feel right at home. It's a pity we were out most of the days as this would be a perfect place to just rest n be back with nature.

Everything was available in the room and we could use a central BBQ. The BBQ came equipped with everything you could need, Salt, Pepper and Oil even included. Very friendly staff, especially the daughter of the owners.

With mountain views, Cabot Lodge - Fiordland National Park is located in Manapouri and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden and terrace.

Our stay at Cabot Lodge was one of the highlights of our trip to NZ. It is a magical, idyllic location and our hosts Brad and Breidi and their team welcomed us with kindness and thoughtfulness in their attention to detail. It's a great place to stay. Everything is very clean and the bathroom is bigger than in my own house. Parking is easy and shops/restaurants are at a walking distance. I decided to stay longer to enjoy my holidays.
