Absolutely beautiful view midway on a hill. Unlike the other sites, it feels like a natural camping experience; the other places are just glorified hotels. The tents were well kept and the beds were nice. The common area was very outdoor patio-like and is the only place that has outlets. It's a pretty isolated area which means the night sky is amazing; bring a telescope or binoculars. I went on May 2nd, so day time it was 36 deg but night time there's a very nice strong wind that passes by for 30-40 minutes and a light breeze that's always constantly blowing. You can just sleep outside under the open sky very comfortably, or open both ends of the tent to allow the wind to pass through. And the best part of the desert is minimal to no bugs!!! 10/10 would do again. Syed is very accommodating and a prankster. Brings the guests together and chats during a nice meal. Felt very homey even as a solo traveler.

Everything was perfect, the hospitality, location, facilities. The owner will install WiFi to make it even better. The breakfast served by the owner himself was also marvelous. Will definitely come back when in Oman.

Sand Delight Camp is located in the desert of Waheba Sands in Oman. It is surrounded by sand dunes. Free tea and coffee is provided throughout the day.

The food was unbelievably good, even prepared at our request. The staff were genuine, friendly and incredibly helpful. We got stuck in the sand and they rescued us! Could not recommend this camp enough for your stay in the desert.

This place is so beautiful. The garden created such relaxing atmosphere. The playground was the highlight for our kids. The bed was comfortable and we got an additional mattress too. The staff was really helpful. There was quite a space in the back yard to hang our laundry. We drove to the nearby sand dune in the evening. The view was fantastic and there was enough sand for the kids.

One of the best stays i had in my life. We came as guest but left as friends. I can highly recommend this place!! I would recommend to stay for two nights.

Nice small scale camp in the desert, only 6 tents. Very nice staff providing good service and friendly host. It is very magical to walk up the dunes and look at the sunset or sunrise. We enjoyed it very much, thank you! It might be good to know that pick up can be arranged for an extra charge from a meetingpoint (we were glad we did this as there are no signs to the camp). Also the dinner is not included in the price, however the food was very nice, so recommended!

Our experience at Zahr AlBun Villa was truly exceptional. The villa was beautifully authentic and perfectly located—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality. The host was incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. Communication was easy and fast, which made us feel very well taken care of. There was also a dedicated staff member on-site who brought us breakfast every morning and ensured everything in the villa was in perfect order. It was such a nice touch and really added to the relaxing experience. We highly recommend Zahr AlBun Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and well-managed place to stay.
