All the resort stuff were very kind and polite.. The ladies of the reception are very kind and have good English.. The place are quiet and it has a touch of nature specially while sitting in the balcony.. The balcony is fully private and u can spend nice morning while having the coffee there.. The charm of the hotel and the sorrounding properties was amazing. Hussain from house keeping/reservation was excellent and even went out of his way to guide us so we did not get lost. The Halwa, Omani Coffee and Dates at check-in/check-out was a lovely touch. Close proximity to the Nizwa Fort, Souq and Mosques.
