Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. Absolutely enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want to leave!! The pool was amazing and the staff were all so attentive and service was amazing by everyone I interacted with The hotel room was gorgeous and there was direct access to the beach Also taxi drivers only accept cash and I didn't have much cash on me but hotel was able to organise cash for taxi and charge to my room which was so useful
