Best value for money. Also at times they have discounts when booking via Booking.com. They have all sorts of payment method via cash or card. Breakfast buffet was also good. Variety of food options. Location is the middle of city which made it vibrant and access to supermarket just behind it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff Ibrahim and Saleh were really good. The breakfast staff were incredible. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning and tidying our room. Ottaman, the bellman, picked up our bags and negoatited a great taxi fare for us to the airport Overall, Sheraton Oman was a great choice.

The location was perfect - in such a cute area of Mutrah, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, Omani forts, and the Mutrah Souk. I got a free upgraded room which was really clean and cute with traditional Omani decor. The room had a lovely rock shower with great amenities. The STAFF was absolutely wonderful!!! I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
