this is a lovely modern well equipped hotel run by a lovely family. Fabulous bed and bedding and a heater in the room was greatly appreciated. breakfast was very good and filling. highly recommend.

Conveniently located within walking distance between the collectivo location and the archeological site. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets given the cold nights. Hot showers were available. Our room faced the courtyard making for the quietest hotel stay in over 5 months of travel through Colombia and Peru. Some may find the elevation challenging, but it was worth it. Plus, a weaving collective with quality products was nearby.

Amazing location ! It was very magical to stay at Sky Dome. We are very happy that we discovered this amazing place and met with the very lovely and gentle couple running this property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special stay over nearby Cusco.

Could not have asked for a warmer welcome to Chinchero. Was greeted with tea and then shown around town, including the ruins and a local women's cooperative. Accommodations are authentic.

Very unprofessional! Despite the confirmed booking and a text message that I sent few hours before the check In, the host replied that she couldn’t receive me because she was away. She never cancelled the booking of informed me of anything. I had to find another place

+ We stayed at the Casa Cristobal before and after our Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley trips. We therefore tried out a variety of rooms. All had their own charm, and each one was more beautiful than the other. + But not only do the rooms have character, the courtyard around which the rooms are arranged is also beautifully decorated in a typical local style. + We also took advantage of the opportunity to leave our large luggage in the hotel during this time, which worked out without any problems. + Another hotel convenience that we used was the packed lunch instead of breakfast in the hotel, due to a very early start to the tour. This included a sandwich, fruit, water, juice and a small snack. + Even better was the actual breakfast in the hotel. This was included in our hotel price. And that was a good thing, as we didn't have to search for long in the city in the morning. It tasted very good too! You order from a menu, there is something for everyone, including many vegetarian options. + The staff was always friendly and very helpful with all of our requests, and we had a lot! I would also like to point out that everyone we dealt with spoke good English, which is not the case everywhere in Peru. + Communication, around the clock (24h reception) and whether in person or by text via Whatsapp/booking messages, was always quick and easy. + Since it is a very original but beautifully restored building, it can sometimes get a bit chilly. But that is not a problem. In the hotel you can get additional blankets, heaters or hot tea on request. + Finally, the location: The Casa Cristobal is located in the beautiful part of the city of Cusco, in the historic center. Not right in the hustle and bustle, but only a few minutes from the Plaza de Armas, the central square where you can hang out, but also from which you can quickly reach everything important. All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Casa Cristobal. There is nothing to complain about, keep up the good work!

The staff were so lovely, they really made us feel at home. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is really comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great!! Location is fantastic, close to the centre but far enough away to not be too noisy. The double glazing on the windows was exceptional, very quiet room and we were facing the street.

I got injured right before arriving at the hotel. They treated me with such an emphaty and care, I could not imagine to be somewhere else with my issue. They called for me a local healer, who made me be able to step on my foot again. They were always there when I needed anything. I am very grateful to the staff and the owner of the hotel.
