Lovely garden setting, delicious breakfast and spotless, comfy room! Alex was helpful. We arrived after dark, so waking to the mountain views and fresh cooked breakfast was extra special. Staff helped us with luggage to take a taxi to the train to Machu Picchu.

This is a family owned hotel but everything’s nice and reliable. I came here for an unexpected stay as my plan had to be altered due to the strike in Cusco city, but I received all good advice from the owner who made my trip easier. A reliable stopover hotel was what I exactly needed and this is the one.

This is an excellent hotel located right in the city center. The wonderful receptionist, Carmen, was incredibly kind. I arrived late at night, and she welcomed me with a warm smile and offered me a cup of tea. The room was clean and tidy, with soap and shampoo provided—everything you could wish for at this price. Additionally, there was bottled water and tea in the room. Breakfast was a buffet—not the most varied, but fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place for a one- or two-night stay!
