The hotel is in a secluded area in the Colca Canyon, very peaceful and with stunning views of the mountains. The casitas are small villas, each with a private exterior hot tub, tastefully decorated and fully comfortable. The valley-view casitas offer more privacy than garden-view. The staff is very cordial and efficient, always taking care of guests (e.g., we needed oxygen and they provided it promptly). We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect to relax, disconnect and enjoy the property.

Very conveniently located right at the start of the trails. The chill areas are comfortable and the staff are helpful. The room was much warmer than other places in the area and there was plenty of hot water.

Really comfortable and clean beds, the manager was really friendly and helped us when necessary (we even finished our hike from Sangalle and got to check in a little early to shower. We also could leave our bags for the night whilst we did the trek. They offered tea in the evenings when we went up to watch the sunset as well - very homely!

Wonderful hotel! Everyone running the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. I had a special request and Leandro jumped right in to help. It was also fantastic taking part of the Easter celebrations in town. Cabanaconde has a beautiful culture, if you reach out to take part in it.
