Great spa with good massage, jaccuzzi and sauna. Gym is also nice. Room is spacious and comfy and quiet and nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Location is good. Staff is good. On my last day, the hotel was fully booked and didn't had the Premier room. Still they arranged it. The housekeeping staff was good.

Room Service ( food ) was quick & well prepared although I thought the coleslaw could have been a bigger portion. staff were super attentive . I like that access to the hotel was controlled as the hotel is in close proximity to the (in)famous Walking Street. I likd that the quality of the hotel actually "caught me by surprise" and after many years traveling to the Phillpines I am sorry i did not find this GEM of an HOTEL sooner.
