Food was fantastic! I had to stay here on a last minute booking as I had an accident in the Philippines and was waiting to fly home. I couldn’t move much so the staff took complete care of me. The restaurant brought my food to me, the receptionist came to help me with anything I needed and every staff member was incredibly kind. They made a difficult time for me a lot easier and I can’t thank them enough!

We had initially booked a room with a private garden; however, it turned out to be very dark, with the floor and bed linen being damp due to humidity. We approached the hotel staff to inquire about moving to another room, and they graciously provided us with an even higher category room at no extra charge—an adorable suite with a separate living room, boasting brightness and coziness. The entire staff was exceedingly helpful and kind, readily available to assist with any queries. Breakfasts were delightful, despite most options being made from similar ingredients. I would certainly recommend Ferra Hotel as the perfect place to stay on lovely Boracay

The people here are all very kind! Thanks a lot to John Cedric Francisco,who find my missing credit card. Also thanks to Alexer ampaso and Romnick nava! The room are comfortable. I can't recommend enough this place. If I could choose between any hotel in Boracay I would choose the same again and again. Excellent and very friendly service always everyone with a smile. Peacefull environment around the rooms, many plants, and a feeling like you live in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I love the bar and the music they play, with a lot of 80's and 90's. Amazing view during the sunset. Great location for chill vibes, just a couple of minutes walk to the most busy areas with more bars and noise.
