The privacy and the quiet environment. The balcony view is so relaxing, most esp at night. The location is also close to the Golf course that we went and that made the trip for golfing shorter.

Exceptional! The best accommodation we've had after a month of traveling in the Philippines, and one of the cheapest! Lovely and attentive staff, hot water with good pressure, impeccable cleanliness (10/10), a full set of tableware, a drinking water dispenser, ice cubes, air conditioning, TV, and more... A set of appartments on the beach of a fishing settlement. If you want to get a true taste of local Cebu beach community... including unpaved streets, seafood market during the weekends.... and relaxed calm most of the time you cannot pick better. The appartments are not overpolished, but very comfortable, cozy, practical, unpretentiuos, can quickly feel like home to you.... Unexpectedly good wifi. No fancy beach for international tourists, but a great natural sight.... in case of bad weather there is a small, but big enough swimming pool in the appartment complex. stayed only for 3 days.... should have stayed longer.... a place to rest in calm, at a lower pulse.... definitely charming for those interested in local spots....

I needed a place to stay for one night and it was absolutely perfect for this purpose. Nice staff, clean, good value for the price. Of course it's not quiet next to the main street but it didn't bother me. However, I also have a deep sleep. The host provides earplugs though. I had a room on the 1st floor.
