This is a small adorable property a block or so from the entrance point to the sardine run. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. There's a charming outdoor dining area close by the pool, which is beautifully landscaped. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Meals and cocktails at the restaurant were tasty, but if you need some variety, there is another restaurant about a block away. For the sardines, walk down to the main road and turn right. Across the street from the Strandhaus, there are some snorkel guides (Amazing Snorkel) who will swim with you to see the sardines for a reasonable price. The guides are worth it-- they dive down to direct the sardines towards you and will help you get great photos.

My stay at B’lu Bamboo Hostel was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, Charles made me feel incredibly welcome with his warm and friendly demeanor. The hostel itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Moalboal. If I ever find myself back in this part of the Philippines, B’lu Bamboo will definitely be my first choice for accommodation. Highly recommended 🩵

This is located in a very good location to snorkel and scuba dive with shops near by. Also can walk to all the restaurants and night life. Moalboal is an excellent place for water adventure seekers and even for those who just want a get away from the chaos in the city. It's laid back and slow and its only 4-hour car ride from the airport.

I had lived in Moalboal before.

I had lived in Moalboal before. I was just back visiting a girlfriend. The Panagsama area, where the resort is located is great. Literally walked the entire area. Lots of different restaurants/bars. Plenty of different operators for activities, mostly sea related. It is a great area. I plan to move back next year.

Moalboal is a good and nice place to stay .

Moalboal is a good and nice place to stay . I highly recommend the place to both local and foreign tourists. But I can not recommend which resort to stay . Which resto to eat , etc since i have not been in all the restos , etc.My suggestion for the resorts owner to update their profile and pictures of their resorts to help tourist pick a place to stay.

Know what you are looking for before you come. Not for those seeking modern day comfort with big malls and cinemas, etc.. but suitable for those seeking adventure, thrills amidst the laid-back village/town setting with friendly people around. Place is very much affordable with the eats and drinks for tourists, although it may not be so for the locals...

Great location, loved the beachy town of Moalboal - short walk to bars/restaurants and where you can see the sardine run. (If you are doing this without a tour, you can go in near chilli bar - plenty of places let you rent snorkel gear) We were lucky enough to see two sea turtles in the sea right by the hotel! The hotel lend snorkel equipment for free for use in the sea by the hotel, which was a nice touch. The room was a great size, massive bed too which was really comfy. Air con worked fab.

Perfect location!! It is all enough for peaceful or adventurous vacation, as it is just steps away for whatever you are looking. It is a real beachfront one and the cheapest. Personally I liked everything - location, host, dog & it's puppies😀 if I ever visit Moalboal again this is going to be my place

Was very clean. Nice quiet place to stay. Food was very good pool was great. I couldn’t say anything bad about the place. Bottled water in our room was lovely. Location was good can get a tricycle to the beautiful white beach and into town. We had a lovely stay thank you.

One thing I have come to appreciate at this hotel is the peace and quiet. Stayed in many pleasant nice hotels. This hotel was the most peaceful and quiet. Convenient location if you want to go to the beachs around Moalboal and not far from town.
