Rooms - spacious, modern a lot of electrical sockets in all kinds or shapes. Water provided in a huge recyclable canister big enough for several people. Hotel - modern and simply beautiful Bathroom - amazing amenities and waterpressure from heaven F&B - friendly well trained staff even at night Absolute Highlight: Breakfast!! Might not have the biggest buffet I’ve ever seen but the quality of provided options, the impeccable presentation and the service personell! Worth every peso you might pay more at other places. The room was clean, could use more amenities. But that's only in the better room type that wasn't available anymore. The staff were helpful in assisting with anything. There are also cold, normal, and hot water dispensers in the hallways.

Good location if you want to be in the center of activities, shopping, eating. But during Maskarra festival, it can be very noisy.

I liked the street UrbanView was on in Bacolod City, very close to ATMs, restaurants, and even a Starbucks a block or two away (on the same side of Lacson Street even).
