Everything is modern and brand new facilities, very clean, and nice vibe in every corner. The view of the beach from our room is breathtaking. Our room has a jacuzzi as we got upgraded, and it was the highlight of our Bohol trip. Truly a dream place and the price is worth it. Right next to the beautiful alona beach. And lastly, the hotel staff are really nice and definitely five star service from them.

Everything is just WOW in this private little paradise. We feel so lucky to be one of the first few guests since it recently opened. The facilities are pristine, the surroundings are gorgeous, the service is impeccable (I forgot something in the bar area, and the staff went to our room to return it). I especially liked the interiors because they're so spacious and well-thought-out. I had to take lots of pics because our room had EXACTLY what I wanted for my own house: nook seating, open shelving, multifunctional built-in console tables... Just smart and stylish!

Very comfortable and modern rooms and great outdoor space (we used the swimming pool A LOT). The staff was also super nice and helpful, they were able to accommodate every trip we needed in Bohol. We unexpectedly had to stay one more night and they were perfect to help us with that! In addition, there are a lot of resorts in the same alley where Alona Garden Suites is, in comparison it seems to us it’s certainly the beet quality for price. In short: a must recommend!!

The staff were wonderful, the room was a lovely bit of luxury, and the pool was perfect for some quiet space to relax. The property is far enough away from the main area that it’s quiet and peaceful, but a short enough walk away (around 12 mins) to the beach and all the hustle and bustle.

We have not maximized our Panglao trip but since we rented an Oceanview room, we get all the sea energy we needed haha. Virgin Island was also close during our stay so we have to come back for that some other time. Beach in general is perfect especially Alona Beach side.

Panglao was nice and we did some great scuba diving (highly recommend Sierra Madre Divers - Cynthia was the best dive guide!) from here but I think there are much nicer islands/places to visit for other activities. In all fairness, our 2nd tour of the island got canceled due to weather so we ran out of time to see more of the island.

I like the people of Panglao and the places.

I like the people of Panglao and the places. We feel at home away from real home.Feeling of confident walking in the roads and markets.Specially the beaches..My family love the Alona ambiance.And been to Moadto Strip which has a nice free beach.And for our transportation we always book for Romelle and Edzel recommended by Nilo the property manager.

Bohol is an incredibly beautiful destination, and I would love to come back and explore more of what it has to offer. It's not just the stunning beaches — the hills, mountains, and natural scenery are equally breathtaking. Unfortunately, our stay was quite short, and the inclement weather limited our plans even more. We didn’t get to fully experience everything, but what we saw left a lasting impression. We’re definitely planning to return — there's so much more to discover in this amazing place.

It's less crowded place compared to other popular islands in the Philippines, that makes it more relaxing. Snorkling at napaling Reef was amazing. It's a must do. The mountainside tour is also recommended. ATV ride in the mud was the most enjoyable. We had a tour from panglao to oslob. It's almost 9 hours tour but mostly traveling. It's tiring and I would say it's not worth the 30mins swim with the whale shark. Panglao is very popular for diving. A lot of people come here to learn/ to do scuba dive. The reefs and the variety of sea life were amazing, we even saw sea turtles and sea snake. 😍

Their staff Joann was the nicest i have ever met at Bohol. She made our days at Bohol, helping us with booking of our countryside tour and island hopping tour. She was patient in answering all our questions and always asked for the best price for us, though we changed to another hotel for the rest of our stay. We still kept in touch and it made us so impressed that she treated us not just the guest but also the friends. HUGE THANKSSS. The resort was very quiet and 10 mins walk to the Alona beach. We would definitely revisit.

Anna and Flor are probably the best hosts I have met in my travels. They will make anything to make you feel home or even better than home. They would also put a Tokay Geco in your bed if that was your wish! The place is clean, quiet and close to a wonderful beach. If you feel like exploring the island Anna and Flor can rent scooters and patch you in case you have an accident with it! Don't choose any other place when Panglao!
