We really liked the location of the hotel a bit further away from the very busy parts of town, but close enough to reach the center and beach in about 10 minutes by tuktuk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and it was great to have a swimming pool.

My stay at B’lu Bamboo Hostel was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, Charles made me feel incredibly welcome with his warm and friendly demeanor. The hostel itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Moalboal. I loved every part of the hotel. The hot water was warm, and all the facilities in the hotel were satisfactory. Above all, the blanket and the scent from the room were really good. All the staff were kind. Thank you guys for made so good memories in moalboal.

If your looking for a out of the way place with no hassles...

If your looking for a out of the way place with no hassles then it's ideal. A couple of nights would be enough. It's a long way from Cebu city 2/3 hrs car journey. I would say having your own transport is a good idea. Nothing really walkable. Moalboal is quite lively and many restaurants, ate there most nights. Three bears and smooth cafe I can recommend.
