Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening.

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.
We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English.
Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses.
Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient.
The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent.
The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!
The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time!
The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free.
Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do.
There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!!
If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h).
To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It’s a beautiful, peaceful palace just 8 minutes from the airport, which made it super convenient. The place is spotless, the staff are so friendly, and the rooms are incredibly quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The park on the grounds is gorgeous too. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely stay here every time I’m in Krakow! Highly recommend!

Being able to book a lift to airport with the host (50 zloty approx 10 pounds in October 2025) was really helpful

The hotel has very good location for those traveling to or from Kraków airport. The free transfer to the airport was very convenient for us because we were with suitcases. The room was clean and comfortable. We also liked the breakfast.

The hotel was spotless, the bed was very comfy with lots of pillows, the shower had two shower heads and the bathroom was very spacious, the chaise longue was also a really nice touch and the hotel is a short drive from Krakow airport.

The staff were super nice and friendly, the hotel and the room were so clean, close to the airport and to the train station where you can take a 20 minutes ride to the central station in Krakow.
