This hotel is a gem. The ladies at the reception were so kind and polite. Very professional and the same time very human. The rooms indeed spotlessly clean, so congratulations for all of the staff responsible for breakfast, rooms and reception, you all created an atmosphere where one can have a perfect relaxing stay. Also the building is nice and rooms have all the comfort, thumbs up for the management as well. Its quiet but close to town and airport, however I think only few flights are going per week. All hoteliers can learn from Hotel Lord.

Amazing new addition to the Radom hotel scene. Brand new rooms with excellent facilities such as a fridge/coffee and tea making facilities and fast wifi. Good airconditioning both in rooms and central areas during the warm Polish summers. Location is right in the center of Radom. Shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We asked for a late check out and this was granted at no extra cost. Excellent service. Friendly reception and bar staff. We did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but the options looked appetising and reasonable priced. Nice coffee served at hotel bar. Would highly recommend when staying in the Radom area.

We asked for rooms on the third floor, which have new beds, and they placed us there. Nice rooms with carpet and comfortable beds. The suite/apartment is huge, but the couch bed is not very comfortable. It has a huge bathtub, a fridge, couch, several chairs, and large TV. Overall very comfortable. My boys stayed in the twin room (not standard, but the better one). Very comfortable. It was super quiet, everyone slept well. The restaurant in the same building is excellent.

Hotel is very clean and very well maintained. We got the standard room which was spacious enough. Bathroom is very modern and shower powerful. Location is perfect, just by the park and the Main Street. Room was very quiet, I never heard any noise from other guests or staff on the floor. I asked for quiet room and staff ensured I got one away from where the party was held, I really appreciate that. Ladies at the reception were very nice and friendly
