Everything!!! The staff Ira and Cassie (receptionists) were super friendly and helpful. I think that the hotel needs to review the sizes of the room quoted (Ft2) on Bookings.com, the hotel rooms certainly looked bigger than the size quoted.

I’m so glad to find this hotel. Breakfast was great. It was the best breakfast I have so far in Poland. The room was clean. The stuffs were nice. Most of all they are welcome pet. We had a good time in Wrocław. I will stay again if I have a chance to go to Wrocław.

Hotel Gem is a typical sports/conference type hotel. Modern, clean and with good service. Check in was quick and the reception staff friendly and efficient. The room was large and comfortable with good wifi. Bathroom had everything you would need with a good shower. I got to breakfast early so everything was warm and fresh. Good choice of food for all tastes.
