So clean and fresh and cozy and warm! I booked the room with 2 beds and bathroom, that's on the backside of the building with a separate door. Perfect for travelers with dogs! No stairs! Key in the keybox, no personal contact needed. Super friendly communication with host. Kettle and instant coffee and tea are available. The beds are incredible comfortable and everything is hygienic and tip top clean! I will come again!

Didn't have much expectation. Was just driving from Krakow to Prague. But the premises amazed me. It done with so much love, efforts, attention to details that one could hardly find in 4-5 star places. Staff was helpful, friendly, a highly professional in providing services. Room, facilities, bed were great. Never come across that level in this part of the world.

I would like to highlight stuff and the hotel management attitude to the situation I was: I was travailing with two seniors, my parents with some disabilities. So my request to have the breakfast in the room as my father is not capable of moving down into the restaurant was completely fulfilled with all the respect to the guests. So, I would like to extend my thanks to all the personnel of the hotel for help! Room was very clean, well heated just ready for our visit, it was quite late time though. Breakfast was perfectly served and tasty.

We stayed second time here - can not expect more than we get. Comfortable, very clean, spacious room and bathroom, which is really modern and bright. Good wi-fi. Even with small kitchen with good dishes, water, coffee/tea. The best thing is easy self checkin at any time you decide.

Excellent location (10 mins drive to Rybnik Town centre/ £5 in uber) everything that you need in an apartment. Lovely welcome gifts (wine and Krowka) daytime/night time blinds were brilliant. Quiet and private even with the new motorway only 2-300 metres away. Lovely little balcony providing a little outdoor space. Allocated parking space behind apartment. Tea coffee sugar supplied plus milk and bottles of water in the fridge.. Overall 10/10
