The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location. It is wonderfully quiet, yet still close to trams for 10-15min access to the old town of Krakow. The staff were all very friendly, polite, informative, and all willing and very capable to speak English, which we were very grateful for! They very kindly agreed for us to keep our car parked (free parking) for the day after we checked out, so we could explore Krakow before returning in the afternoon. The room itself was lovely, two very comfy beds, everything very clean, modern decor, and with a little juliet balcony. Shower room was also exceptionally clean, and spacious. Breakfast was also very nice, and looked after by another friendly member of staff. Whenever I return to Krakow, I will be sure to stay here again!

Spacious room with comfortable kingsize bed, very clean rooms. Great view. Very helpful cleaning and reception staff, they helped us to extend our stay in the room we loved so much. Very good breakfast and coffee. Safe parking in front of hotel for extra cost. Great walking distance from necessary shops and pharmacies. We are very pleased with our stay, thank you very much!
