I must say, my experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me and my fellow travelers during our stay. One of the standout moments was when the room temperature got a little chilly, and the staff provided us with an extra heater to keep us warm and cozy. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference in our comfort. Another moment that really impressed me was when the cook took the time to approach us and chat about where we came from and give us some valuable life tips. It was clear that the staff at this hotel truly cared about our experience and wanted to make it as enjoyable as possible. Fantastic hosts. They prepared a late snack for me as I arrived late via public transport. I was there for a nearby wedding. You will need a car for groceries as the shops are not walkable. His lovely wife even drove me into Pisz. A fantastic couple and their dogs are adorable.

This hotel, in the middle of nowhere, surprised us spectacularly, so we decided to stay for another night. The standard room is very decently sized, it has a huge balcony, a very comfortable bed and linens, a good hairdryer, bathrobes and a rain shower. The spa was included in the price and the photos don’t do it justice. It’s not a big spa, but it has tasteful, well thought out solutions, furnishings and great facilities. Had a delightful nap in the salt room. The first night we were generously allowed to use it past the closing hours, and it really was the highlight of our stay there. On top of that, the breakfast is fantastic. Various cooked food, great scrambled eggs, charcuterie, cottage cheese, salads and the best pancakes ever. The staff is very relaxed, we were never rushed and always kindly assisted. We read the few bad reviews, but personally did not experience any of that.
