I would like to highlight stuff and the hotel management attitude to the situation I was: I was travailing with two seniors, my parents with some disabilities. So my request to have the breakfast in the room as my father is not capable of moving down into the restaurant was completely fulfilled with all the respect to the guests. So, I would like to extend my thanks to all the personnel of the hotel for help! Room was very clean, well heated just ready for our visit, it was quite late time though. Breakfast was perfectly served and tasty.

We stayed second time here - can not expect more than we get. Comfortable, very clean, spacious room and bathroom, which is really modern and bright. Good wi-fi. Even with small kitchen with good dishes, water, coffee/tea. The best thing is easy self checkin at any time you decide.

A beautiful city with a rich history. Plenty of parks and squares. Wonderful nature in Obora – the Arboretum, the Łężczok nature reserve, interesting sites around the city, such as the ruins in Tworków, and many others. Beautiful Gothic churches.

Ratibor is a great city; there's so much to discover. A short trip to Lubowitz, to the castle ruins of the poet Eichendorff, is a little gem; you're truly touched by the charm of a bygone era.

We cycled around Racibórz and its surroundings, and it is an ideal location for a cycling trip. We visited several castles, or rather ruins and other sights in the area (Krzyźanowice, Wojnowice, which is inaccessible, Tworków), the museum and castle in Racibórz, the Leźczok nature reserve, all of which was fine, also because the weather was kind to us.

We've been coming to Ratibor once or twice a year for many years. While the hotel staff doesn't speak German, communication in English is definitely possible if you don't speak Polish. The hotel staff is very helpful and eager to fulfill requests. The hotel is very conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from the city center.
