When we arrived, the warm welcome we received was unlike any other. The staff was incredibly friendly and promptly escorted us to our room. They provided us with detailed explanations, ensuring our stay got off to a great start. What was particularly surprising was the affordability of everything on the premises, which was unexpected given the room prices. The museums and gallery added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a period of conflict, but the staff continued to look after us, ensuring our safety and well-being. Despite the challenging circumstances, I still wholeheartedly recommend visiting this hotel. It’s a testament to the fact that you don’t need to fear visiting Bethlehem even in the current situation. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. A special thanks to Bisher and Marouan for their exceptional service.

Great historic room and a great "boutique" hotel, very comfortable and clean. Great location midtown, yet very quiet. Hosts were super in every way possible. You are welcomed into the hotel by the owners themselves. No doubt I will stay in the same hotel on my future visits to Ramallah.
