The location was great, 5 mins from airport by taxi, 10 min walk to the closest supermarket. Small restaurant nearby. Awesome views from the balcony. The apartment was facilitated with everything you need.

It was very clean and organized, and every person from staff was extremly kind and ready to help. We really liked the fact that the entire property only has 20 rooms, which makes it really intimate and cozy - we often went to the pool or jacuzzi and we were by ourselves. We were there for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it!

Everything was just perfect. If coming back to Madeira, surely will come back to this hotel! On breakfast you could have whatever you desire. Mixed eggs, fresh fruits, salats, sweet pastry, pancakes, musli and yoghurt - just love it here! It was possible to sit outside but also inside in the restaurant. The room was very modern and nice. I really appreciate the bin divided in three parts - separation of plastic, paper and general waste. The beds were comfy. From the balcony we had an amazing view into garden with the ocean in the end.

1. The key to 1 room stopped to work after we walked to the beach. The reception personal replaced it very fast. 2. Breakfast was delicious, plain on fruits and boissons, great choice of warm and cold dishes. 3. The view from the balconies of our rooms are awesome - to the beach, promenade, cliffs ....... Unexpected! 4. The beds are perfect!

Fantastic hotel. Yes the location and setting is beautiful. Yes the food, drinks, service is amazing. But the team genuinely add the 5* quality. Beautiful house with fantastic garderns and a charming feel. Loved the decor and a tasty breakfast woth much option. Great room with lovely views of the gardern, clean & tidy with big king bed made up every day . Delicious food locally with even better poncha (Adega do Pomar). Good location to get into funchal and to explore surrounding central, northern, easten and southen walks/hikes. We e coming back to next time. Loved our stay.
