Our stay at the Convento do Seixo was exceptional from the moment of our arrival (thanks, Flavio, from reception, for your dedication and kindness). A perfectly restored former 16th-century convent that preserves its historical essence without sacrificing modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very quiet, making them ideal for unwinding. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which offered views of the surrounding mountains. It is also a Spa where I received a repairing circulatory massage (thanks, Vera, for your skills). The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times, always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant had excellent service (thanks, Cauan, for your attention and patience), well-presented dishes and surprising flavours. Undoubtedly, a place to repeat and recommend. Ideal for a quiet getaway with charm with your partner.

Perfect location, right in front of the municipal garden (with sound of fountain & water), so no noise of cars. Large beautiful rooms with good beds & shower. Kind staff. It is a beautiful place. The rooms are large and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the facilities are first rate. The breakfast is simple but absolutely lovely -a special mention for Elvira who was wonderful and accommodating when we had to change our breakfast times. The grounds are a delight, plenty of space to wander and the pool was fantastic. And the hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Overall a first class experience

The property is great! Despite being a bit tricky to get to the location, the property is amazing, quiet, perfect for a romantic getaway, a weekend with family or friends!
