Very comfortable beds & great pillows, plenty of space, great bathroom & shower, modern decor & very clean. Communal areas very spacious & clean, wonderful staff- very helpful. Complimentary tea & coffee in lobby, good selection of food & drinks in vending machines, & staff happily provided us with ice for our own drinks. Close to airport, inexpensive Uber ride (2km). Unfortunately left too early for breakfast, but it looked really good.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful; they also spoke very good English. They happily stored our luggage for us as we arrived several hours before check-in; they also stored medicines in the fridge for us as they needed to be kept cold. Nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The location is great: very close to the metro station and only ten minutes' walk from the airport. Very convenient!

Close to airport. Rooms clean and can sit outside in reception area. Train station is approx 300 metres away and can go into Porto. Would stay again. Did not have breakfast. Taxi from airport has a minimum of 15 euros and takes about 5 minutes. Took Uber on day 2 to Surpice car rental which was about 3 euros.

Check-in was easy and I booked my free shuttle to the airport for the next day. The room is spacious and clean. There are decent amenities -- pool, bar, restaurant with decent food, bottled water in the room for free. I would stay here again.

I was kindly given a room upgrade which was much appreciated - I had to leave very early next day so was unable to enjoy it much but it was a lovely room and great provisions (eg toothbrush and toothpaste)! Great bed and really quiet too. Breakfast opens at 4.30am which was great but as I had a 5.10am boarding time meant I didn't get to enjoy it much but what I managed to have was really fresh and the offering was really good value. Approx 10 min walk from departures and 10 minutes from the car rental drop off. I'll definitely be using this hotel again 😃
