Hotel is near IPB Institute politehnic Braganza. Almost for 15 minutes are at IPB, 25 minutes for centar of Braganza. Hotel is small but very clear and with very good breakfast. Owners brother and sister are very familiar. All workers are very nice and hospitality is on the first. See you again.

The hotel was very clean, it was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The games room/communal area was a very nice touch. Upon arrival I was worried that we had booked into a two star hotel instead of 3, but the hotel was better than most 3 star hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was big and had everything we needed. It even had a balcony. This hotel is a gem.

We enjoyed our stay at the pousada very much, the views were out of a fairy tale, the pool was a bonus after a hot day of exploring the magical village nearby, and the breakfast was delicious in an elegant dining room. The room was very comfortable and the balcony provided a beautiful view of the castle and the countryside. The service was exceptional, starting with Ivandro at the front desk, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about places to visit and fine restaurants to try in Braganca. We appreciated his enthusiasm and kindness.

The building is stunning. The finish of the craftsmanship is outstanding, we loved this place. It was quiet, the room was spacious and the outdoor garden space was delightful. We were given guided tour upon arrival which was so nice. Staff here seem to care about the guest and their place of work.

Baçal is a small village, no great monuments or points of interest, the house of "Abade de Baçal" is decaying into ruins. I stayed at a very pleasant "Moleiro de Baçal", clean, spacious, modern and nice! See my more completereview elsewhere.
