Fatima and Lois were excellent hosts. Happy to give tips on what to see in the area. They invited us to sit with them and were happy to chat. Making us feel at home., making refreshments and tea and coffee available. Close to town. Room was well appointed. They were even kind enough to arrange for our washing to be done. We felt like we were at home.

Perfectly situated. New hotel right in the centre of town. Close to everything- and the staff. Incredible each and every single one of them. They couldn’t do more for me if they tried. It's one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The room was spacious with lots of natural light and wonderful panoramic windows overlooking the beach and the streets. Absolutely relaxing view! The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I'd like to single out the staff, they were super helpful, attentive and understanding. We had somewhat out of standard situation and they reacted so unexpectedly nice and kindly, we were really touched by the service. And icing on the cake are swimming pool and fitness on top floor

Location is superb. Very close to the Conimbriga site, the most extensive Roman remains in Portugal. Parking at the front of the hotel. Spacious lobby and very helpful staff. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the facilities you'd expect from a high-class hotel. The indoor pool area and sauna, etc, was brilliant. Did not try the outside pools in January!! Food was very good (choice and quality) without being exceptional. The staff in all areas of the hotel were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Maybe I got a good deal, but I considered our 3 night stay to be superb value for money. We will definitely be going back.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was such a pleasant surprise. The stylish room, bathroom and public areas are all lovely and sparkling clean. I felt super pampered and comfortable. Great sheets, pillows, shower, coffee in the room. Everything was perfect. I wish I could duplicate this hotel along we with the fair price and friendly staff to my country. Oh, forgot to mention perfect parking and fantastic breakfast.
