Beautiful property, large room, clean and spacious bathroom. It is great that there was complimentary shower gel, shampoo and lotion. Big and comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful overall! Staff was super helpful and lovely, and the parking amenities were great. Yummy breakfast every day. Enjoyed the pool area with great views and acces to a bar. Also really loved our balcony. I will definitely recommend to everybody.

Beautiful hotel with ocean view and access, lovely pool, pool staff that ensure everyone's safety and comfort in the pool area, breakfast selection and kind staff - cleaning staff and breakfast/restaurant staff are exceptionally kind and professional. Easy access to the city center via yellow city buses; we recommend taking the number 22 Babosas from the city center to Monte as it's more fun to be among the locals than taking the cable car, amazing views, tranquil place above the city.

This is an excellent hotel. Quiet and private. The staff were amazing, where literally everyone was friendly, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. They each went out of their way to make it a memorable stay. The view from the suite, infinity pool and dining areas is absolutely incredible (and worth the higher price tag). To top it off, the daily all-inclusive breakfast and dining experience at Avista restaurant was fantastic. Thank you for a lovely stay!
