Where do I begin? i’ve been to many hotels and while they all try to make you feel “special”, this hotel just went on a whole new level. Shortly after we got in our room, there was a knock on the door with some welcome pastries and hand written welcome card. On my wifes birthday (which we didnt announce) they brought in champaigne, cake, pastries and hand written birthday card. When we asked in Whatsapp for two fresh towels, they brought those within 1 minute. The hotel was wonderful, the location was very close to city center, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was out of this world. Thank you for making this one of the best hotel experiences so far!
