This hotel is PERFECTION. The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. 10/10. A 4-star hotel but everything about it feels like a 5-star (except the price!). Breakfast & dinner was delicious. Service at the highest level, we especially liked the JUAYA employee and Tatyana! Thank you very much to them and the whole team of the hotel! Do yourself a favour and book this hotel, your future self will thank you. I’ll be back again for sure, can’t wait!

A fantastic hotel with excellent amenities, which has been renovated to a new level. Beautiful ocean views and a comfortable and spacious room. Despite booking a smaller room, I received a large family room for the same price. The spa center and indoor pool are a major plus. Breakfast is excellent and varied. At the beginning we were a little bit worried as grade of the hotel was below 8 when we did booking but in comments we could not find anything specific what was wrong. Sincerely we can extremely highly recommend, and big advise to pay for ocean view as this is the best ocean/sea view we ever had so far. Rooms are very well organised: big number of towels, shampoo, gel, soap, tea, dryer, locker, welcome drinks, room service, etc. Additional recognition to the room service which was on a very high level and big thank you for the whole hotel team for being so friendly and polite all the time. Last comment is to must-go to the restaurant on the last floor of the building to enjoy great food and view.

Absolutely incredible! This is my new favorite place, I will surely come back soon. Everything is top notch, stylish, comfortable, well thought out. Comfortable bed, sheets, towels, bathrooms, cool backyard, fully equipped kitchen, spotless cleanliness, everything simply PERFECT. And right at the best location, only 3minutes away from the beach or the city centre. Supermarket and good cheap restaurants at the doorstep. 10-15€ uber drive from Lisbon centre. What else do you really need for a perfect vacation?? The friendly staff is just an extra, Cida the housekeeper lady even baked some delicious cake, always had a good chit-chat so I never felt alone, she even invited me for a home made bean soup lunch. Stunning, spectacular, absolutely recommended!!
