Everything! From the excellent and detailed wine tasting, the views of the property, the infinity swimming pool with sunset view, the dinner and breakfast service, the painting with wine in their little garden, it was all beyond perfect. Highly recommend Ventozelo hotel and quinta for the best Duoro experience!! Perfect for couples and small groups. We couldn't hike as we were tired but this property has multiple mapped hikes which one can do as an activity.

We had a lovely stay, unfortunately only one night. It was beautifully quiet, there is a perfectly clean pool and a nice breakfast buffet on the terrace overlooking the Douro, couldn't ask for more! Thanks a lot

The B&B was situated high on a hill overlooking the Douro Valley. It was very peaceful and the views from inside and outside were stunning. Martin was an excellent host, he made us feel so welcome with a bottle of his own wine and many chats.We were very fortunate to be able to visit a nearby town and celebrate a festival with the locals. Breakfast each morning was delicious. We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly.

It's a beautiful vineyard house! The staff were helpful and knowledgeable ( William & Telmo - hopefully, I spelt them correctly). Love the enthusiastic staff, the quietness of the surroundings, and the amazing views (enough to keep me staring at them throughout the stay). Good port wine and delicious dinners ( well recommended by the staff). Of course, plus point on the comfortable room and good breakfast! Definitely, I will come back again in the harvest month to experience the lively moments happening on the hills. In short, it was a worthwhile experience & stay in a Quinta.

As a cultural landscape, the Douro Valley is a memorable place; my experience has been overwhelming. The hotel is simply exceptional; the house has been carefully designed, maintaining its essence; there are no pretensions. I'm glad there are no televisions in the bedrooms; the decision enhances the value of being there. I also want to thank everyone for their generosity and the quality of their service, especially Paulo and Daniel.

This was the best rental apartment I've ever lived in. It's very big, it has everything, and the owners even left a gift - a bottle of homemade wine, and for the dogs they gave blankets and bowls. And even without an extra fee. And there's a long bed, which is rare I highly recommend it, I'd be happy to come here again Thank you!!

Wow what a find! The guesthouse was exceptional and the host and winemaster warm and inviting. We're so happy to have found this accommodation on a wine farm which exceeded all expectations. We tasted the winemaster's 2020 Port, enjoyed walks in the vineyards and thankfully booked more than one night so we could enjoy the swimming pool and the views of the mountain and vines. In a village dating back to the 17th century but walking into the house with modern flair and completely renovated - an architects dream, was all the more surprising. Such excellent finishes and taste. Congrats Luigi. You have a winner here.
