Outstanding place, we had the house for ourselves, which was wonderful, very comfortable, very quiet, it has so much to offer, all amenities, in the kitchen all provided, D Alice was waiting for us on arrival with snacks and wine, provided a great breakfast even checking on us if everything was good!Amazing view, a great balcony! Absolutely stunning Quinta hidden away in rural Portugal. All the facilities were perfectly maintained. The farmhouse itself is perfect with all the comforts of home. This Quinta is family ran and we met Tiago, Fatima and Alice who all welcomed us like family! The daily fresh bread from Alice was very much appreciated Although the main house is lived in by the family, you never feel over looked and the whole place feels very private, just for your use 💖 Safe parking is available on site and the Quinta is so well positioned to reach all the main cities as well as some beautiful beaches nearby. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay it was perfect

A beautiful area for a stroll, it was a shame it was raining, we couldn't see much. Very peaceful with some interesting places to visit, such as La Salette Park and the Molinological Theme Park. The Hotel Vale do Rio is very beautiful and pleasant for relaxing amidst nature.

A city with attentive and helpful people, always ready to assist. Good signage, cleanliness, and wide, pleasant avenues. I recommend the restaurant "Petisqueira A Janela" where Mrs. Margarida is super friendly and makes a point of coming to the table to chat with us. The food is homemade and prepared in full view of everyone. I loved it.

Old city but with few or no cultural or leisure activities and few points of interest. I wanted to visit La Salete park but it was raining. Regarding the hotel, having a car is essential. Good restaurants - we had dinner at Feitoria dos Sabores and the service was excellent.

Stayed with my husband and two children for 1 night before our flight home. The kids loved having some pool time and was nice to have loungers around the edge of the pool. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Evening meal was great (but did feel sorry for the waiter as he was on his own). Breakfast was very nice and the kids said it's the best hotel breakfast that they have had!

My partner and I had an amazing time at this hotel! The service was excellent, the restaurant served delicious food, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. There are also plenty of hiking routes nearby. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape surrounded by nature, this place is 100% worth it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel is easy to locate and in a quiet road in the city centre. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is big. Nice breakfast served in the hotel restaurant.
