The hotel was very clean, it was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The games room/communal area was a very nice touch. Upon arrival I was worried that we had booked into a two star hotel instead of 3, but the hotel was better than most 3 star hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was big and had everything we needed. It even had a balcony. This hotel is a gem.
