Location was perfect. Clean rooms , friendly staff. Everything you need is in rooms. Loved the indoor swimming pool and is walking distance to Piodao old Town. Great breakfast.

The manager was very kind and helpful. He helped us with everything we needed and made our vacation a fantastic one. I would 100% come back again. Charging our car was also free, which was a really nice bonus. 🤗 The location is quiet, and we didn't have any problems. The pools are also cleaned daily, so it's very hygienic. 👍

Great, quiet location and a very welcoming host. The room was clean and comfortable and the view from the window was amazing. Overall a very pleasant experience. We would definitely come back.

This is truly a 10 out of 10! One of the best accommodations I've spent the night at. You can see how much effort was put into providing any imaginable thing a guest might need in the house. You will find here literally everything. The village is absolutely beautiful and staying in the center of it has a charm. Do not hesitate for a moment and book this place! :)

The place is magical. The lady host looks to help and make the stay comfortable. Most important to ask for the exact location on the google map. The nearest cofe/restaurant/grocery is 10 min. drive. There is a nespreso coffe machinr- bring your coffe with you.

We used this town as the base for our explorations of the...

We used this town as the base for our explorations of the Serra do Açor. It worked well for that purpose. We were able to drive to Piódão one day to visit the schist village there. And we spent one evening stargazing. The night sky was of very good quality according to our astronomer daughter who was traveling with us. We were able to see the Milky Way!! One evening we drove to Coja and dined at Restaurante Príncipe do Alva. We had a good meal of traditional Portuguese food with an upscale twist and wonderful, attentive service. There is only 1 small café/market in town. The mountain roads were in good shape, usually 2 lanes (although narrow), and paved. However they are twisty and can be steep, especially the switchbacks. It takes longer to drive from place to place than you might think because the roads slow you down.

Pardieiros, an excellent location in the Serra do Açor.

Pardieiros, an excellent location in the Serra do Açor. A great place to stay and eat. Nearby are the magnificent Mata da Margaraça forest and the Fraga da Pena rock formation. Interesting landscapes. I recommend a visit. We will return.

Beautiful village, an excellent starting point for many...

Beautiful village, an excellent starting point for many activities and walking tours. The only restaurant there is near the church; it has very little variety but is very cheap, and the quality of the food and the famous "serradura" (a type of sweet bread) is amazing. I recommend it.
