I would give this hotel a score of 12 if it were possible. Everything was perfect. It is very well situated and easy to find. The level of cleanliness is extemely high. The rooms are large, bright and airy, beds very comfortable and the bathroom has plenty of hot water! Breakfast has a good selection of items. Parking next to the hotel is available. Congratulations to the owners and staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This family run hotel is the best experience we have had in Portugal. Everything was beautiful the breakfast was perfect, the staff perfect, friendly lovely people, who have made this home for themselves and their guests. This is the best hotel and with the best restaurant just a minutes walk away. There is nothing bad about this hotel. The very best Thank you xx

This is a little gem in the rural village of Pias. Great base to have. Small and cosy, beautifully decorated. Lovely little patio with refreshing plunge pool. Walking distance to restaurants and 100 meters from Margaça winery. You can park in front of the house. Host Emma is very helpful.

The room was very comfortable indeed. We had a nice view over the town. The garden was nice. The staff member in the evening was friendly and helpful. The restaurant across the road was superb. We were able to swim at the nearby praia fluvial. There are waymarked walks from the hotel.

we had a fantastic stay in Pias. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Toni and Paul are brilliant hosts. the breakfast was one of the we have had. Cannot fault this at all. We will be back!
