Staff is enthusiastic, helpful. Shows initiative, speaks multiple languages, is very knowledgeable about town and the island. Room is quiet, very clean, very comfortable. There was some construction next door where the swimming pool was being completed, but it was walled off and inside you didn't hear a thing. Since it opened only 3 weeks ago it's obvious everything looks great, but the theme of books, writers and poets, the wall art, really makes the hotel. The public spaces are cosy with easy chairs with a good selection of English books. While the hotel does not have a bar (yet?) they offered free coffee, cappucino and water.

This is the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in! On one hand, you can feel the rich history of the place, and on the other hand, it's a charming boutique hotel where every detail is beautifully crafted. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the amazing breakfast, and the stunning views. It’s a place I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Angra. Angra stole my heart; it's a place I would love to return to. You can take a leisurely 20-minute walk to the city center or drive to convenient public parking spots.

If I could give 11 out of 10 - I would. This family-run business have brought the Terceiran hospitality to perfection. Everything is immaculate inside and outside the property. We travelled Azoren for 3 weeks before we stayed there, and their beds were the most comfortable by far. Beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfasts and extremely relaxed atmosphere of wel-run family country house where a guest is always welcome. Views over the hills are just sublime.

The whole house looks really cute, everything was clean, and everywhere smelled nice. The staff is super friendly, they fixed every problem I had very fast and efficiently and . The breakfast is great with a lot of options to choose from. The shared kitchen is well equipt. They even do your laundry. WI-FI is very good. There is a bus station in front of the house and enough parking as well.
