Just excellent, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The room is amazing, all new, with a huge bed, super clean, with a very nice balcony with views to the pool and the palm trees. A little paradise. There are cookies, tea, coffee and a fridge in the room. The staff is very friendly and polite. Free parking and amazing breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere. Very good location just 15 min from Ponta Delgada and around 30 min to all the best places of the island. I couldn't have asked for more!

Great breakfast buffet, big and comfortable bungalow, but the absolute highlights were the view we had over the garden and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! From Cristiano and everyone else at reception, to Marcia and the restaurant staff, who were very attentive and doing their best to accommodate us. Really an exceptional stay!

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to the island’s many attractions. In summary, our stay in Sao Miguel was extraordinary. Everything was really beyond our expectations. The staff was really helpful, everything was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleaning was superb as well, they cleaned our apartment every few days like they would for the next person. We had plenty of parking spots too, and the private sauna was truly enjoyable!

It is really a very charming house! They have 5 rooms for rent. Very friendly reception. Very big room with balcony. It was not mentioned on booking but this place has a very nice swimmingpool and big garden with exotic plants. You can use the kitchen. There is also an outside kitchen you can use. Breakfast looks great! My kids liked the chess-board. I really loved this place! Bottled water on the room. And you can use coffeemachine in kitchen and the biscuits!
